*During the winter months there is an extra charge of £100 if you wish to have use of the underfloor heating system and the indoor heated pool.
Booking
We are a Turkish / English couple who own and manage the villas ourselves. We also run a small hotel in Patara. You can contact us as per the details below. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about any of the villas in Kalkan or Üzümlü. Emails will be answered within 24 hours. We are only a phone call away at any time during your stay at one of our villas, should you require any help with anything at all during your holiday.

Change over day.
Kalkan villas: For the four villas we have in Kalkan (Villa CHIDEM, Villa GUL, Villa ESRA, Villa ASLI and Villa LALE ) Changeover day is flexible and we accept bookings to arrive and depart on any day of the week. We also accept stays of 10 days or 12 days etc , with a minimum stay of 7 days in June, July, August and September. Mınımum of 5 nights in low season but there will be a cleaning charge for stays of less than 1 week.
Uzumlu villas.
Villas PİNARA, SYDİMA, LETOON, XANTHOS and PATARA: Changeover day is flexible and we accept bookings to arrive and depart on any day of the week. We also accept stays of 10 nights, 12 nights etc with a minimum stay of 7 nights in June, July, August and September. Minimum stay of 5 nights in low season but there will be a cleaning charge for short stays.
Booking Deposit
On making a booking for one of these private villas, we will require you to complete a booking form and we will take credit card details as security for the booking. We will ask for a 25% deposit after a booking has been made. The final balance to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday if paying by card or on arrival if paying by cash.
Payment for airport transfer
Should you arrange a private airport transfer through us then this can be paid to us when you arrive at your villa. Payment for airport transfers is to be paid in cash.
Payment for car hire
If you arrange car hire through ourselves, we book the car for you but you pay the car hire company directly when you pick up the car at the airport or when they drop the car off at your villa.
